The entire trail runs through dense forests, providing shade in the summer. Along the way, there are a giant tree observation deck, Penghua Viewpoint, and a playing card-shaped rest platform for enjoying views and resting. The area boasts rich ecology, suitable for hiking, bird watching, and family strolls. You can get there by taking bus S18 or Citizen Mini Bus M1 from Jiantan MRT Station. If driving, you can park near Sun Square and walk to the trailhead. Facilities are generally complete, but the number of portable toilets is limited, and there are no restrooms on the mountain, so it's advisable to prepare beforehand.
