We specialize in freediving instruction, offering AIDA series courses from the one-day AIDA 1 experience to advanced AIDA 2 and higher levels, suitable for absolute beginners and students looking to advance. Our coaching team has competitive experience and provides small group and one-on-one guidance, progressively leading students from breathing, relaxation, and ear equalization to safety concepts. We continuously monitor students' conditions underwater. Courses incorporate human models and video feedback, allowing students to clearly track their progress.
